* FREE Online Updates refer to the period during which AMIKO HOME LTD continues to support the product with firmware and channel list updates. This is expected to last for the typical functional life of the product, approximately 3-5 years, but may vary based on technological changes, changes in service availability, or other factors. Updates will be provided free of charge during this period, but AMIKO HOME LTD reserves the right to discontinue support at any time.

To obtain online updates you must first register your receivers STB ID, provide your email address and agree to the Terms and Conditions. All packages require a WiFi or wired internet connection in order to receive firmware and channel list updates.

The STB ID Registration form is available HERE. Amiko 28.2E FTA Receivers require a working broadband Internet connection to be able to download channel list and firmware updates.

All packages require signal from Astra 28.2 East. Some Sky/Freesat satellite dishes that have previously received SkyQ/Freesat 4K may have an incompatible Wideband LNB. Switching from SkyQ/Freesat 4K may require changing the LNB back to a Universal/Hybrid LNB to be compatible with Amiko 28.2E FTA Receivers, replacement Sky dish LNB's can be ordered HERE.
